Southfield, MI – July 31st, 2020 – Seneca Partners, acting as an independent sponsor, partnered with Kouza Capital to form American Holoptics, which acquired the assets of EOTech. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, EOTech is a premier provider of holographic sighting systems, magnified field optics, and accessories for military, law enforcement, and commercial markets around the world.
