Seneca Partners releases new Independent Sponsor focused website!
Southfield, MI – January 18th, 2021 – Seneca Partners is pleased to announce the launch of its new private investment/independent sponsor website! Since 1998, Seneca has been focused on investment banking advisory services and making private company investments, with the principals having completed more than 100 transactions. Over the past several years, Seneca has shifted its strategy and focus towards being one of the most active independent sponsors of lower middle-market sized companies in the industry. Since mid-2017, Seneca Partners has sponsored and completed ten independent sponsor investments across North America.
Seneca is actively interested in collaborating with other independent sponsors and has done so frequently. Seneca has developed a large network of capital partners that are interested in independent sponsor-led investments, including 300+ family offices and several hundred private equity funds, mezz/equity funds, asset managers, hedge funds and credit funds. The Seneca team now totals seven people, which allows us to do much of the heavy lifting in the deal process, including the creation of CIMs, management presentations, complex models and industry research. The new website was developed to provide interested parties with a quick and easy overview of the Seneca platform including our team, process, portfolio, and investment criteria.
