Seneca has a large and growing network of private equity and SBIC funds that are focused on partnering with independent sponsors. These cultivated relationships allow Seneca to quickly and easily get timely feedback on interesting deal opportunities.
Entrepreneurs / Business Owners
Seneca is focused on driving post-transaction value for the business owner/entrepreneur by leveraging sector knowledge, process focus and our deep network to drive value at the board level while letting entrepreneurs manage the business day to day. We complete this through a hands-on approach throughout the entire relationship.
Independent Sponsors
Seneca looks to partner with other independent sponsors on transactions they source and deals that Seneca sources. Seneca brings to bear its extensive capital partner network and larger team to provide the highest likelihood that the transaction will be consummated. We are happy to share economics with independent sponsor partners.
