Great Lakes Assemblies, Gulf Shore Assemblies, and Indiana Assemblies

Great Lakes Assemblies, Gulf Shore Assemblies, and Indiana Assemblies were formed in 2005, 2007 and 2008, respectively and were all subsidiaries of TAG Holdings, LLC. Each of these companies was a joint venture formed with a Honda of America subsidiary (MEI), providing wheel assemblies and other component assemblies in sequence for Honda assembly plants in Ohio, Indiana, and Alabama. Seneca Partners sponsored the equity capital to establish each of these companies. The companies were sold in a management buyout transaction.
