Seneca Partners, Uniprop, Rail Partners Management Group acquired the assets of Tactical Cleaning Company from Golden, Colorado-based Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc. Tactical offers both dedicated fixed base and mobile railcar cleaning services, utilizing state-of-the-art cleaning equipment and methodologies, to large and small rail car customers throughout North America. Tactical currently operates out of 9 fixed based locations in Denver, Colorado; Danville, Illinois; Cleburne, Texas.; El Dorado, Kansas; Harwood, Texas; Kennewick, Washington; Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania; Lordstown, Ohio; and Omaha, Nebraska and more than 10 mobile locations.
