Seneca arranged equity financing, along with becoming an equity investor itself, for the establishment of this company in 2004. NAA was sold in a management buyout in 2012 realizing extraordinary returns for investors.

Each of these companies are joint ventures formed with MEI providing wheel assemblies, and other component assemblies in sequence for Honda of America in Ohio, Indiana, and Alabama. Seneca arranged equity financing, along with becoming an equity investor itself, for the establishment of these companies in 2005, 2007, and 2008. The companies were sold in a management buyout in 2010 realizing extraordinary returns for investors.
