Seneca Partners partnered with Kouza Capital to form American Holoptics, which acquired the assets of EOTech during Q3 of 2020. Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, EOTech is a premier provider of holographic sighting systems, magnified field optics, and accessories for military, law enforcement, and commercial markets around the world. Seneca successfully exited its investment in EOTech in Q1 of 2024.
