Lind Marine

Seneca Partners, acting as an independent sponsor, partnered with Kingswood Capital Management (collectively, the "Sponsors") on an investment in Lind Marine during January of 2022. Based in Vallejo, California, Lind Marine provides dredging, shipyard, salvage, marine environmental remediation, and tug and barge services in and around the San Francisco Bay. Lind also mines and sells sand and gravel aggregates and oyster shell calcium, as well as manufactures high quality aluminum crew boats. The Sponsors successfully exited Lind Marine in Q2 of 2026.
