MCA Resolve and 1st Colonial Business Solutions

Seneca Partners, acting as an independent sponsor, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Scooter Partners and Mellon Stud Ventures on the acquisition of a 50% interest in two affiliated companies, MCA Resolve and 1st Colonial Business Solutions (collectively, "MCAR"). Founded between 2016 and 2019 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, MCAR helps small and mid-sized businesses ("SMBs") by providing commercial debt settlement and resolution services to SMBs that have opted to use merchant cash advances to finance their operations but are facing difficulties meeting their payment obligations.
