Rebis Health Holdings

Seneca Partners made a convertible note investment in Rebis Health Holdings, LLC (“Rebis”) which included establishing a strategic alliance between Rebis and Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVOS), a related Seneca investment. Rebis operates five sleep testing and treatment centers in Colorado, and together with its affiliates has a strong roster of sleep professionals which includes physicians, dentists, and sleep technologists, with the extensive training and experience necessary to address the full spectrum of pediatric and adult sleep disorders.
