Seneca Partners partnered with Mark Stulga and Mellon Stud Ventures on the acquisition of Thompson Fabricating, Inc. (now known as Thompson Fabrication). Founded in 1993 and based in Wheatland, Pennsylvania, Thompson Fabricating is a premium manufacturer of a variety of waste containers including roll offs, hook lifts, and other body styles.
